Our “Safety at Work Policy” includes strong standards, processes, training programs, and tools designed to protect our people. Safety statistics are monitored in real time across all levels of the Company and reviewed by the Corporate Governance Committee to continuously assess risks and drive improvement in performance.

Behavior at Work

Our employees are entitled to fair treatment, courtesy, and respect wherever they work, whether in offices or on site. We do not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment. A whistleblower procedure is in place to allow employees to report incidents directly to the Compliance Officer, with all reports treated confidentially. This system is actively communicated to all employees.
